The Edina Chamber of Commerce welcomed Baseline Fitness to its Align & Unwind event in Minnesota this past summer. The Align & Unwind event was a women’s wellness event created to help attendees relax and reset. The day included a restorative yoga session and guided meditation led by a certified YogaFit instructor. Attendees got the chance to hear from a local chiropractor about the importance of movement, alignment and mindfulness, while also enjoying light bites and refreshments.

The Baseline Fitness team in Edina set up a table at the event, networking with attendees and sharing the benefits of having a Planet Fitness^® membership. There were eight other vendors at the event, including Extract Juicery, Lymph Lounge, Coccinella, The Drip Bar Edina, Curate Skin Studio Lab and more. The event was a great way for the Edina Planet Fitness team members to engage with local community members, sharing the benefits of being a PF^® member and prioritizing one’s fitness.
