Whenever a Planet Fitness^® club opens in a new area for the first time, the community is excited to welcome the newest fitness facility. This was true when Midwest Fitness Partners opened its first club in Charleston, West Virginia. With this club opening, the franchise group has 56 clubs overall and one club in West Virginia.

The 28,000-square-foot club offers tons of amenities for its members, including plate-loaded machines, half racks and fit benches, turf area for functional training and a Black Card Spa. The group celebrated the club’s opening with a grand opening event on June 18, and by then, the club already had 2,000 members.
