To ensure its members have the best experience possible, Ohana Growth Partners completed a renovation at its Laurel, Maryland, Planet Fitness^® location. The renovation cost over $905,000 and took eight weeks to complete. The club reopened on Aug. 12.

The 21,000-square-foot club first opened in 2013. With the renovation, the Black Card Spa area features new tanning beds, a HydroMassage lounger, massage chairs, Red Light Therapy Booth and a Recovery Lounge.

Additional improvements include new TVs, interior and exterior signage, lobby and Black Card Spa tiles, rubber flooring, wallcovering and paint throughout. These improvements not only made the club look fresh and new, but also ensured that members can work out in a space that is clean and inviting.

To celebrate the grand reopening, Planet Fitness Laurel offered membership specials, where members could join for $1 down for a Classic Card or Black Card membership from Sept. 13-30.
