There’s no debate that 2020 and 2021 were very difficult years, and as 2021 drew to a close, PF Michigan wanted to spread some holiday cheer to its team members.

President and Integrator for PF Michigan Keith Bertram had the idea to deliver a fun-filled holiday box to each of the franchise group’s 55 clubs. These holiday boxes were loaded with snacks, surprises and a DoorDash gift card so the staff could easily order a team holiday lunch.

The corporate team at PF Michigan added a personal touch to the gesture, too. Bryan Rief, CEO and company co-owner for PF Michigan; Dan Hofecker, director of field operations for PF Michigan; and Bertram spent an entire weekend assembling the gift boxes. Then PF Michigan’s corporate team personally delivered the boxes to the 55 clubs, which are located across Michigan and Toledo, Ohio. It took two days to make all the deliveries, but it was well worth it.

What a heartwarming gesture by PF Michigan to spread holiday cheer to its employees! The special holiday gift boxes surely brought delight to the PF Michigan team.
