Pinnacle Service Brands’ Regional Trainer Manager Puts PF Brand First

Many team members working within PF® clubs are committed to bettering the brand. At Pinnacle Service Brands, Regional Trainer Manager Kelsey Sloter has been recognized for her superior leadership skills.

Since joining Pinnacle in 2019 as a personal trainer, Sloter has served as both a general manager and her current position of RTM. Sloter is the first person in the group’s regional trainer manager role, as the position was specifically created to help her apply her expertise throughout the organization.

In her role, she supervises the PF trainers at all the franchise’s Chicago area clubs, so she is constantly traveling throughout the area. Her home club is North Broadway in Chicago. While working closely with Sloter, the trainers have continued to promote the PE@PF program attaining a devoted group of members who love the workout sessions.

“Kelsey has become the voice and face of our PE@PF program here in the Great Lakes region,” said RVP Cade McDougal. “She has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills through her ‘can do’ attitude while taking on every new challenge we throw at her. Thank you, Kelsey, and the other trainers and activation team members, for doing such a fantastic job. I look forward to what’s to come.”

Despite all the hard work she puts into the company during normal working hours, Sloter also helps in the local community. She led the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Fall Fundraiser Sweat-A-Thon. This fundraiser raised almost $2,000 as part of the franchise’s leading total. She has also shown her commitment to the brand by volunteering for activities related to Pinnacle’s sponsorships and community relations activations. This involvement includes volunteering with online training sessions for the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce’s Back-to-Work Bootcamp and the Starkville Stride; running the Women in Business Power Hour workout in Des Plaines for the past two years; multiple on-site activations for the Chicago Bulls; and taking part in two community job fairs on behalf of Planet Fitness®.

“I’ve had the chance to work with Kelsey on a number of initiatives for the company and she is always energetic, motivated and professional in her approach to the work at hand,” said Chris Short, former director of communications and external affairs. “She has been a pleasure to work with and always has a smile on her face no matter what the task.”
