The newest club for United PF Partners opened this past January in Eagle Pass, Texas. This club marked the 170^th club for the franchise group, which operates in 14 states.

As part of the official grand opening, the team wanted to give back to the community, so they donated $5,000 to the Eagle Pass Youth Baseball-Softball Association, Inc.

The Eagle Pass Youth Baseball-Softball Association Inc. strives to provide healthy activities for children using the baseball field as a classroom to instill discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play and to establish a set of values to guide them into adulthood.

“Donating to the Eagle Pass Youth Baseball-Softball Association, Inc. was a natural choice as both organizations promote healthy, active lifestyles,” said Regional Director at United PF Partners Dawnielle Medina. “It was a wonderful way to give back to our newest community.”

The grand opening was attended by representatives from Planet Fitness, Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce, Maverick Co. and the Eagle Pass Youth Baseball-Softball Association, Inc. The mayor was also in attendance, as was Miss Little Eagle Pass. There was a ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce to mark the special occasion.

It is exciting to hear about a new Planet Fitness club opening. It is also wonderful to see that United PF took the opportunity to give a donation to a local organization in their new town.
